If your insurance plan is listed out-of-network, expect to pay cash-pay prices the day of the visit (see below). If you live in Oregon and Washington state, we can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. If you live elsewhere, no superbill will be provided because we're not licensed in that state.

NEW PATIENT VISIT: 400
At your first visit you can expect a thorough review your health history with your doctor. Your mental, emotional and physical health will be assessed. You will be given a plan for nutrition and lifestyle modifications to implement on day one. You will also be given a lab order and instructions for identifying the root cause of your concern. This may include connecting with other health professionals such as therapists, nutritionist, & doctors.
FOLLOW-UP: $245
At least one follow-up visit is expected within 2-3 weeks after your new patient visit. At that time lab work is reviewed and detailed recommendations and a personalized treatment plan is put together for you.
QUICK CHECK IN: $106
We recommend 15 minute check-ins monthly for 6 months or if that is unattainable checking in at least every 6-8 week to keep you on track with your health goals!
NEW NUTRITION VISIT: $250
At your first functional nutrition visit, we will gather a comprehensive health history and review any lab test results or medical records you may have. We’ll review your current diet, lifestyle habits, stress levels, and sleep patterns to gain a better understanding of your overall health and well-being. We’ll address any specific health concerns or symptoms you are experiencing.
We work with you to create a personalized nutrition plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. This may include recommendations for dietary changes with a meal-plan and lifestyle modifications.
Overall, the goal of a your first functional nutrition visit is to empower you to take an active role in your own health and well-being!
FOLLOW-UP NUTRITION VISIT: $180
We recommend at least 2 additional follow ups at least once a month to achieve your health goals. Nutritional and behavioral changes takes time, and we will be with you every step of the way!
