DO YOU DO ANNUAL EXAMS?

Yes. In fact, many of our patients prefer having their annual exam with us, as we have more time to cover all your needs than a typical gyn visit. Our patients leave feeling like they have their bases covered and confident in their preventative health care routine.

DO YOU PRESCRIBE PHARMACEUTICALS?

Yes. Our primary goal is to address nutrition and lifestyle to limit the need to prescribe. Our medicine is very individualized and we will prescribe based on your particular needs.

We can't prescribe if you live outside the state of Oregon or Washington.

IF I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE, CAN I WORK WITH YOU REMOTELY?

We can educationally consult with clients who reside in the following states: Washington, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.

WHAT ARE YOUR CREDENTIALS?

We graduated National University of Natural Medicine, an accredited medical school. We completed a board examination (NPLEX) to become licensed as a practicing physician (ND). NDs complete an average of 224.50 credit hours in basic clinical sciences, 72 pharmacology hours, 250 hours of field observations, 84 weeks of clinical rotations etc. These hours are comparable to MDs and DOs.

IF I ALREADY DECIDED TO DO FERTILITY TREATMENT, CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

Yes! In fact, We recommend it. We will work with your Reproductive Endocrinologist and there is a lot we can do to increase your chances of becoming pregnant and staying pregnant on the first try.

I JUST FOUND OUT I’M PREGNANT, WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A VISIT WITH YOU?

As soon as possible! The first few weeks of pregnancy is an important time to find out lab values such as thyroid hormone, vitamin D and iron. We also can provide ongoing complementary care, in addition to your midwife or ObGyn, throughout your pregnancy.
